Through my lens, I was affected, in true Heisenberg Principle form, a common theme in all of my work throughout the years, stemming back to my college days in the late 1990s. Whereas the act of observation always affects the observed – I, the observer, documenting these never-to-be-repeated moments, was now affected. “The New Wave” reflects upon some of the beautiful moments I have witnessed throughout the Episcopal Diocese of Long Island – and is not inclusive of all of the wonderful experiences.
